# Encouraging Action Oriented Teaching :

The role of the Education here is in sharing responsible citizenship which involves lot of adjustments, give and take discipline, which hardly needs to be emphasised. The Higher Education system here shapes the individuals to the takes of responsible citizenship by enabling him to acquire self-confidence and learn self-sacrifice, to subordinate his immediate personal interest to term needs and the development of society. Human values cannot be promoted by merely repeating the terminology. The heart cannot be transformed by lessons in a classroom. What is needed are the persons who will provide the stimulus and encouragement to bring them out. The world cannot be changed by mere preaching. It is only through actions and practical examples. BIMIT practises this.
